The Voice of the Patient creates a complete measurement framework designed for convenient patient access. Measurements are based on simple language, intuitive user interfaces, and short measurement tool item sets. Limitations are understood and accounted for, including the challenges faced by the frail, disabled, and elderly.

Individual patient responses are confidential and are not shared with any other stakeholder in the healthcare market. That includes the hospital, nurses, doctors, and staff.
Australians want to share their opinions and perspectives. Patients have responded overwhelmingly positively to the Voice of the Patient. Nearly 50% of all those invited to share their views have participated.
